George Hickenlooper directed and co-wrote a muddled revision of an Orson Welles script, and considering how poorly it's acted (yes, even by Miranda Richardson), I can see why it got limited release. Too bad, since the idea of a Welles story about a politician's secrets could've been intriguing.
(This is shelved under movies at my library and it did get limited theatrical release, like at film festivals.)
