Surprisingly good "based on a true story" tale of a Canadian family, town, and eventually nation that saves two horses who are stranded in the mountains. It gets a bit corny at times but the stunning scenery more than makes up for that. Anne Wheeler wrote and directed.
*This is in the children's DVD section at my library, so I didn't realize it wasn't a theatrical release, but that's fine.
