Again, this slipped onto the "action movie" collection, although it was made for British television. It's set during the 1991 Gulf War, hence President Bush I in a clip.  It's based on the book of the same name, by Andy McNab, who co-wrote the screenplay.  Tom Clegg directed and did The Sweeney back in the '70s and would go on to Sharpe's Challenge.
