I bumped this up because the cheesiness and cliches were sort of fun for a quarter hour, although poor Robert Urich, as the President (one of his last roles), looks like he'd rather be almost anywhere. Chuck's son Eric directed. This was a sequel to The President's Man, which lacks that catchy almost rhyming subtitle. And, yes, this is another TV-movie from the "action movie" collection.
