This is in the kids' DVD section at my library, but I thought maybe it had been theatrically released since it's feature-length.  Anyway, the writing is a bit stilted, as if they're trying too hard to seem 18th-century, but it could be worse.  And, yes, this is of course based on the popular children's books by Valerie Tripp.  Nadia Tass directed.
