Another campy TV show on the "monster movie" collection, this has less of the mad organist but does have the Sydney-Greenstreet-light actor repeatedly forgetting his lines when he's supposed to be villain-monologuing and the cop's wife wisecracking on almost every one of her lines. I thought the twist was going to be that she closed the kitchen door as a clue that she was faking her hypnotic state, but no, the twist is SPOILER the villain had a spare fake watch! This is based on a short story by Sam Merwin, Jr., and directed by William Corrigan.
