This is a definite improvement over Jones's adaptation of Rikki-Tikki-Tavvi, with better visuals and a better story, as the young seal grows up and learns about life, but I docked it a notch because of its celebration of not just machismo but bullying as leadership. McDowell narrates, and yes, Foray is again the go-to voice actress.
