Creator John Wells wrote this second-season-opener, which was better than some of its genre, with the use of humor not bad, and the mix of rescue workers-- I saw cops and firefighters in the first quarter hour, but there may be more-- a nice change. Still, not my thing. Christopher Chulack would later direct the Longmire and Southland episodes I reviewed and enjoyed less.
