In the conclusion, we find out some of the Ice King's backstory, and an annual winter tradition of celebrating F & J's "moment of empathy with the biggest weirdo on Ooo" begins.
This time Pendleton Ward voices Shelby and Snowman, while Maria Bamford is the Wildberry Princess. Tom Kenny plays not only the Ice King but Simon Petrikov, Gunter, and a Snowman. The same people who wrote Part I wrote this, and for all I know it originally aired as a half-hour special.
