This, written by Ward, Banker, Herpich, McHale, Osborne (who voices Pan and Forest Cyclops), and Youn is arguably the weirdest episode I've seen so far. F & J both have broken legs, but while Jake loves the attentions of the clown nurses, Finn decides to seek the help of the Forest Cyclops. Along the way, he learns a lesson about insisting on his own way, yet he still beheads the cyclops and uses its tears for healing, but not before he sings an auto-tuned song. And all the plants can talk and have facial expressions.
Gregg Turkington, who plays Shrub, would be Immortal Maize Walker later in the year, while Melissa Villasenor debuts in the roles of Rainy and Ham Sandwich. This time Maria Bamford voices the Clown Nurses and Stump.
