I don't know if the novelty is wearing off, or if we're in a mid-season slump, or what.  Not that these are bad episodes lately.  I'm just not giggling helplessly, or speculating on Ooo, much anymore.  This episode, where a deer gives Jake temporary brain damage, was written by Ward, Banker, Castuera, McHale, Moynihan, and Osborne.  Steve Little is again the Peppermint Butler, while this time Tom Kenny is Starchie and a nameless Candy Person.
