This episode apparently is the second to feature the character of Susan Strong (voiced by Jackie Buscarino), whom I found mildly annoying, although not on the level of LSP. This time Dee Bradley Baker voices Lub Glubs (which I misheard as "love gloves") and Hyooman Tribe. (Susan's people are humanoid with gills, except it's hinted that she doesn't actually have gills.) The script is by Ward, Banker, McHale, Muto, Osborne, and Sugar.
