Batman is meeting his friend Harvey Dent (Richard Moll, in a different voice than he uses for the Computer) for dinner, but he's running late since he has to fight crime.  Harvey is also dining with his sexy new girlfriend, Dr. Pamela Isley (Diane Pershing), who turns out to be the villainess Poison Ivy.  Series creator Tom Ruegger wrote the teleplay, based on a story by Paul Dini and Michael Reeves, who both wrote about twenty others.  This is one of the better episodes so far, from writing to a color palette that includes lots of reds and greens to contrast with the usual blacks and grays.

Neil Ross, who voices a Dishwasher, a Doctor, and a Criminal here, would have other small roles in six more episodes.  Singer Melissa Manchester does the voices of a Nurse and a Model.  Ingrid Oliu debuts in her recurring role of Officer Renee Montoya.
