The twenty-fifth episode is perhaps the most famous and, while I don't think it's classic comedy, I do like how military bureaucracy is mocked with the induction of a monkey.  Bilko almost gets thrown out of the Army himself, but eventually he works the system and makes everyone, including the monkey (well, actually a chimp), happy.  Note that this episode is very specifically set on June 16th.

Thirty-one-year-old George Kennedy, who started as an adviser to the series, here has an uncredited role as MP Sgt. Kennedy.  According to IMDB, Jack Albertson had one of his four uncredited roles as "Captain (Foot Doctor)."  I didn't recognize either actor.  Nicholas Saunders makes one of his twenty appearances as Capt. Barker.  And John Boruff has his first of seven PSS roles as Gen. Rogers.
