This story by Alan Mandel and Charles Shyer (their first of two) takes its title from the movie Bunny Lake Is Missing (which I've never seen but the title song by the Zombies is hilarious).  The title character is a 10-year-old girl who develops a crush on Oscar; she's played by 13-year-old Lisa Gerritsen, moonlighting from The Mary Tyler Moore Show.  Even more notable casting is Pamelyn Ferdin, here Cindy, but later in the year cast as Felix's daughter Edna.  IMDB says William Woodson is the uncredited Narrator, presumably on all the episodes from the sixteenth onward.

Oh, and there's a reference to The Brady Bunch, which was on the Paramount lot at the same time.
