The cheese is back!  Even the minor characters have ridiculous dialogue, like Crimson Thunder Ranger (Adam Tuominem) and Navy Thunder Ranger (Jorge Vargas) saying "chill" and "bro" and Copybot constantly rhyming.  The diva nieces get a lot of scenery to chew, as does Martin in the "evil Tori" scenes.  And there are I guess some pre-shipping moments where Shane and to a lesser degree Dustin realize Tori "is a girl."  As always, I'm less into the battle scenes, which here keep it from a B grade.
