Milestone #10
Milestone #10
I have now reviewed 1000 shows, or at least parts of shows, for this blog. I will definitely not reach 2000, although 1100 seems likely, especially since we've advanced only from S to T in the last 100. I feel like, while I can usually guess some shows I definitely won't go for, I don't always know what will click with me.
There's still no F- but there are now three F's and two F+s. D-s only went from 13 to 15 and the Ds only from 27 to 29, but the D+s grew from 54 to 65. The C-s increased from 121 to 139, the C's from 152 to 164, and the C+s from 183 to 200. The B-s rose from 210 to 231 and the B's from 101 to 113. The B+s, mostly thanks to Suits, increased from 29 to 33, but we still haven't seen an A- on this project since The Durrells in Corfu, so it's still five of that grade.
Because of The Three Stooges, there are now two shows for the '40s. The '60s, helped quite a bit by Top Cat, passed the '50s, now 61 to 46. The '70s only went from 76 to 80. The '80s budged even less, from 90 to 92. The '90s surprisingly only increased from 136 to 143. The '00s remain approximately one-fifth of the total, going from 185 to 211. The dominant '10s advanced from 332 to 364.
CBS remains the biggest of the former Big Three, with 114 shows. The BBC vs. ITV battle remains close, 116 and 121 respectively.
