Everyone is after Vash the Stampede and there are a lot more than three guns being fired. (The bounty is in "double dollars" by the way.) I might've gone with a C- since there was more wit and intelligence in the script than I expected, but I disliked both the opening and closing theme songs. Satoshi Nishimura directed.
