Not only does this have some gentle parody of television and a line about Dibble's nudity, but it has perhaps the funniest bit of dialogue in the series, although much of that is due to Kaplan's delivery. Choo Choo says he's thinking about going into "masseuring" professionally, if he gets a "G.I. loan." That just cracked me up, partly because it feels like throwaway dialogue but offers some insight into Chooch. Anyway, the plot is about T.C. becoming Dibble's agent to pay off a loan shark and then becoming the loan shark's agent.
Benaderet voices at least one of the two Receptionists.
