T.C. helps his Italian friend Tony (voiced by Paul Frees) both out of friendship and out of protection of his turf, since he doesn't want others scamming in the neighborhood. If you ever wanted to hear Arnold Stang do a Texan accent, this is the episode for you. And the lines about a tiger-zebra hybrid are pretty racy.
