The "he" of this episode written by David Graziano and Charles Murray seems to be the real killer, although it's suggested that "he" could also be Brett, who seems to have solved the crime and proved his innocence, only to wake up on that same damn morning again.  Well, with three episodes left, that's not too shocking, but I really don't know where they can go with this now.

Luis Saguar makes his first of two appearances, but IMDB doesn't say as what character.  Elodie Keene is yet another one-shot director for the series.
