In this episode by Jeffrey Bell and Steven Maeda, we find out that "Surfer Dude" AKA Jared Pryor, who appears to be a crazy homeless man, is also repeating the same day over and over, or is he?  Note that the secret club is called the Santayana Club, as in "Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it," although the "learn from the past" variation is probably more applicable here.

Marlene Forte makes her first of three appearances as Mrs. Garza, the widow of the man that Hopper is accused of killing, while Steven Barr does his first of three as Hippo.  This is the only Day B episode directed by Andy Wolk; as with the other one-shot directors, we may or may not run into his work on another show.

*The series was cancelled in December, so then the second half "aired" on ABC.com.  Rather than burden my tags with 21st-century complications, I'm going to count this as "ABC," even if it's not ABC as I knew it in the '70s.  (The cable network TV One would pick up Day Break in '08.)
