A human boy and his team of talking* specialist puppies have adventures in bland CGI, here finding the ship of the episode title. The mayor is a black woman with a pet chicken, I don't know why, but then why not? This was the 26th episode of the first season, but the first one on the disc I checked out. I doubt chronology matters.
*Why I put this under "fantasy."
