The guys become "big brothers" for a boy (11-year-old Clint Howard) and he really looks up to Oscar, so Felix wants Oscar to become a better role model, i.e. more like Felix. Nothing terribly wrong here, but my attention kept wandering.
Janice Carroll, who's Mrs. Grainger here, would play two different roles later. Dick Bensfield and Perry Grant would co-write six more episodes.
