I guess this DVD is packaged by production order rather than airdate, although I'm unclear why this was far from the last episode to air in '92.  In any case, it's nice to see both Robin (Loren Lester) and the Joker, and not surprisingly the humor is a little sharper, including some gentle jokes about the ubiquity of It's a Wonderful Life.  As soon as the Joker sang the version of "Jingle Bells" that we all know from childhood, "Robin laid an egg" and all, in Mark Hamill's voice, I knew this would be a little gem.

Although she's not identified here, Summer Gleeson (voiced by Mari Devon) is one of the people the Joker kidnaps.  This is the only episode written by Eddie Gorodetsky, although he's uncredited as writing about Summer G on other episodes.  I can't tell from IMDB how many other episodes Kent Butterworth directed.
