Kids sometimes disappoint their parents, as Harley Quinn discovers when the baby she ordered through genetic engineering doesn't grow up (at frantic speed) to be a killer but instead is corrupted by the power of friendship of the Birds, especially Helena.  And Jesse apologizes to Helena, but his timing is off, since she's grieving the death of the elderly baby.

David H. Goodman would write another B of P script, but his co-writer wouldn't.  This time the one-episode director is Craig Zisk.
