Alliances become more complicated in this Melissa Rosenberg story, when Reese's father, Al Hawke (now played by a different actor because of reconstructive surgery), might turn state's evidence, but Dinah wants him dead.  In the end, both Reese and Dinah do the right but difficult thing, and Helena becomes closer to both of them.  Barbara is relatively relegated to the background, after having more to do in the previous episode.

The one-shot director this time is Shawn Levy.
