Sean Catherine Bright co-wrote the teleplay with Laren Bright, who specialized in Officer Montoya, the heroine of the episode; but the two women based it on a story by Mitch Brian. As the title suggests, we get different perspectives on a police bust that's a bust, and Batman is a background character for the first half. Montoya does some detective work and finds where he's been kidnapped. He rescues himself but the two do make a fine team. I could've done without the slower moving first half. Note that Robby Benson voices Wilkes, while Ron Perlman is Driller.
This finishes off the first disc and seems a good stopping point. The average is equivalent to a high C (like 4 Cs and 3 C+s). I actually enjoyed the series more than I expected and I can see why people like it, but I don't feel invested enough to continue.
