This series about a top-secret military unit is a great example of a show that is very much not what I'm looking for, but I won't go lower on the grade since the first quarter hour of the second-season-opener was less violent than it could've been.  Creator David Mamet wrote this episode and the series is based on the book Inside Delta Force by Eric L. Haney.  Steven DePaul directed.
