This is based on the Vampirina Ballerina books although this episode is not about dance. Vampirina's parents leave for the weekend, so a ghost and a goblin (I think) babysit her and her human friend, who do a Freaky-Friday-like body switch, which I found somewhat interesting, but there's too much slapstick and one of those annoying dogs who swallow everything, in this case one of the moon-switching necklaces. And I guess everyone learns to be happy as themselves.
