This is based on novels by Noriko Ogiwara, which became manga before anime. There's a gentle, lovely and yet sinister feel to the first episode and I'm definitely intrigued. The 15-year-old heroine is shy and mousy and yet seems to have great potential, and of course I love the forest setting of her home.
The co-directors are Tomoaki Ohta, Keisuke Onishi, and Toshiya Shinohara.
