As the title suggests, the festival continues, with actual ghosts in the haunted house.  And it turns out that Izumiko is as jealous of the goddess as the goddess is of her.  (OK, not technically a goddess, but it's too confusing to explain.)  This is the 300th show from the 2010s I've reviewed on this project, and obviously the current decade will continue to dominate.
