Laughably hokey and dated story of a cop (Lorenzo Lamas with Bush-I-era Fabio-length hair) who's framed for the murder of another cop by a criminal who killed the first cop's fiancee and so "the renegade" has to go on the run.  I turned it off just past the quarter hour, chuckling at the line about how Donald Trump eats caviar rather than hamburgers.

Creator Stephen J. Cannell wrote this pilot and plays Lt. Donald "Dutch" Dickerson.  Ralph Hemecker would later some episodes of The Flash as well.
