I marked this down a couple notches because there's too much about the creepy sexual relationship between Lee and Claire.  (She encourages him to choke her during sex!)  Still, that plot thickens, as we learn that Claire stole the pendant that's an important clue in the Sandbrook case.  Meanwhile, Mark and Beth's relationship goes through some more difficult times, and there's a suggestion that Ellie is jealous of Alec's wife.  As for Joe's trial, it's almost dismissed but isn't.
