The Slayers: Angry? Lina's Furious Dragon Slave!
The Slayers: Angry? Lina's Furious Dragon Slave!

This uses more humor than the typical anime for either fantasy or action*, but it's not particularly funny. Also, there's cognitive dissonance in how the heroine is described, including charming and flat-chested, when she's neither. I vaguely recall watching an episode years ago and enjoying it a bit more than today, but it was never a series I got that into. Takashi Watanabe directed.
*As I've said elsewhere, my genre tags are somewhat arbitrary, but this is the 100th show I've put under "action" for this blog.
