The Flash: Who Is Harrison Wells?
The Flash: Who Is Harrison Wells?
The CW
April 21, 2015
Action, Sci-Fi
DVD
B-
This is the only Flash written by Cortney Norris or Ray Utarnachitt, and the only one directed by Wendey Stanzler, but it's pretty good. The guest villain is a shape-shifter, which gives the performers a legitimate chance to act out of character, some of them fighting Barry, while the villain in the shape of Barry kisses a confused but attracted Caitlin. Meanwhile, Barry and his friends (except of course Iris) are trying to figure out, yes, who Harrison Wells is.
We get a different Arrow crossover, with Katie Cassidy as Laurel Lance AKA Black Siren, and Paul Blackthorne as her father Quentin. Martin Novotny would be Hannibal Bates in the following episode, too. Chris Webb's first of four small roles on The Flash is Trusting Man Face. Atlin Mitchell, who's Nina here, would be a nameless Woman later. And Danielle Nicolet makes her first of forty-three appearances as Cecile Horton!
