The best thing here is of course the sleuthing that the team of Joe and Cisco do. The title character is the hybrid Stein-Raymond creature, which is OK, but not as angsty as it seems to be for his wife and girlfriend. And while I never got Barry's crush on Iris, I can't tell what's supposed to be so special about Linda either.
Kreisberg's co-writer Katherine Walczak would do three more episodes. Herbert Duncanson would once more be Sergeant Bates, while Isabella Hoffman would be Clarissa Stein twice more. Note that I don't know if Quentin Quale was chosen for alliteration, or if it's a Rob Zombie reference, but to a middle-aged Marx Brothers fan, it of course suggests the jailbait joke name in Go West (1940) that they snuck by the censors.
