I didn't care about either of the Guest Villains in this Godfree & Schapker story, and the main interest was, not surprisingly, trying to figure out Dr. Wells's schemes.  Oh, and Flash temporarily loses his powers but comes back faster than ever, yawn.

Ron Wear is again an uncredited Police Officer.  This is the first time that IMDB has Morena Baccarin uncredited for the voice of Gideon, but I could've sworn we heard her before.  Steve Baran is a SWAT Commander here and would later be Task Force #1.  Christian Westerveld would play a Mugger twice more in later seasons, but I don't know if it's the same mugger.  This is the only Flash episode Larry Shaw directed, but maybe we'll see him again.
