In this Helbing & Helbing story, we're supposed to believe that Cisco would trust Hartley, and that the way Caitlin normally dresses (spiky heels and knee-length skirts) is something a school principal would wear. Still, it's not a bad episode and the new villainess-- Britne Oldford in her first of three appearances as Shawna Baez AKA Peek-a-Boo-- is intriguing.
Victor Garber debuts as Dr. Martin Stein, who's literally entangled with Caitlin's fiery fiance. City Worker Fraser Aitcheson would have two other roles later. Melise makes her first of seven appearances as Barry's new romantic prospect, Linda Park. And Rob Hardy directs his first of three Flashes.
