While I enjoyed the Daybreak-like do-over of a day in this story by Grainne Godfree, made into a teleplay by Brooke Roberts and Kai Wu, unfortunately we get not only Captain Cold and Heat Wave but the former's sister Lisa AKA Golden Glider (Peyton List, who'd be back twice), who's equally annoying. Also, I could've done without the idea that no woman would hit on Cisco without an ulterior motive, when he's effing adorable. At least we do get some more back story on Cisco, when he and good friend Caitlin attend a birthday party for his brother Dante (Nicholas Gonzalez, who'd also return twice). Anyway, Barry learns he shouldn't try to undo the recent present, which is the opposite of the message of Daybreak.
John Behring didn't direct any other Flash episodes.
