This episode has potential, with Andy acting in a gay-themed stageplay directed by Sir Ian, while Maggie agrees to go out with Darren despite one of the world's worst chat-up lines.  However, with both threads I felt like they were afraid to follow through and instead went for cheap laughs.  Andy is uncomfortable about the role and yet for some reason won't quit the play, so he breaks the fourth wall when his macho mates show up, while Darren and Maggie have a montage where they seem to be clicking, and then he spoils things by his bathroom behaviour.  One episode to go for this season, and if there isn't a comeback, oh well.  I'll still watch the finale.

Gerard Kelly had played Bunny in Series One, returns here, and would be in the finale.
