I didn't really care about Barry meeting up with his childhood bully, Tony Woodward AKA Girder (Greg Finley, the first of three times), in this story written by two people who didn't do any other Flash stories. Ironically, considering the writers were just passing through, this is the episode where Flash is named, no, not by Cisco but by Iris, who seems to have a Lois-Lane-like crush on the alter ego of her friend. I did like the cat & mouse game with Harrison and Joe.
Hipster on Bike Matthew Enright would later be a Cafe Patron. Daniel Mallinson, who's Officer Doyle here, would just be Cop #4 later. Millicent Shelton would direct two more episodes.
