While I like the developing friendship between Carol and Melissa, who is literally The Other Woman, I didn't find Phil's attraction to her either funny or interesting. I know he's not in love with Carol or anything, but it just doesn't sit right, nor did Melissa's confession of "horniness" to Phil. We're verging into harem anime territory and I don't know if the show can redeem itself. Still, the average is respectable so far and I'll keep watching.
Liz Cackowski would write five more episodes, but Phil Traill didn't direct any other episodes.
