The title character (Idris Elba) is a cop with some sort of psychological issues, and a wife who is "sneaking around" by kissing her boyfriend in her glass-walled office. (OK, frosted glass, but still.) Add in too many closeups of corpses, including a poor dog, and I can only say that I like this more than Longmire. Brian Kirk directed this and the following episode.
