Ugly, gross, annoying, pointless, and possibly racist and sexist, although all the characterization is so bad-- the "hero" is like Beany of Beany & Cecil's grandson that no one ever talks about-- it feels like worrying about political correctness is gratuitous.  Some of the voice acting, especially at the beginning, seemed to be Jay Ward homages, so I won't go down into the F's, but this is definitely below C level.  (And there you go, a funnier pun than anything on the show.)
