More tonal missteps, the most glaring that Mr. Knightley's scolding of Emma happens not simply at Box Hill but on the very top, where presumably both of their loud voices could be heard into several counties.  With better casting, direction, and of course writing, this series could've been so much better.  But I will note that I do like the sets and costumes and the look of it is good.
