Surprisingly, the best thing about this story by Stephen Nathan (his first of two) and Kathy Ann Stumpe is Robert playing good cop and bad cop, but then I tend not to like plots about gambling.

Joseph V. Perry returns as Nemo, while Len Lesser and Victor Raider-Wexler would be back eight times as Frank's friends Garvin and Stan.
