I almost went with a C- or lower for this Matt Robinson story, because this is dull even for a sports episode, but one, I like the music that plays when Cliff runs and, two, the B-plot about Vanessa going to a boy's party is mildly interesting.  Joshua Culbreath would return the following year in the role of Cliff's rival, Col. Sanford B. "Tailwind" Turner.
