The title feels like filler, as do the threads but it's not a bad episode. Cliff inexplicably decides to take Rudy and three of her little friends to a fancy restaurant, Clair's sister and her friends drop by, and Theo gives Vanessa a tennis lesson offscreen but gets distracted by two girls.
Apparently Yvette Erwin's only other appearance as Clair's sister Sarah was in the second season episode called "Claire's Sister." Penni Penniman would return as Beth Engels later that year. Waiter Lee Weaver would be Mr. Fields in '91. Deon Richmond is of course Kenny.
