I was all set to give this Gary Kott story a B, focusing as it does on the confusion of Denise and Vanessa's love lives-- Denise farcically misunderstands which young man is her date, while Vanessa goes out with both Tyrone Baxter and Aaron Stokes (Jason Warwin and Ermundo Russell again), while her ex, Robert Foreman (Dondre Whitfield), wants her back-- but then Clair shows up and mocks Cliff for falling asleep in church.

Tico Wells would return as Jerry Taylor the next year, by then apparently a doctor rather than an intern.
